Kimberly Rawls a native of Dothan, Alabama started her career in the funeral industry February of 2004 as an attendant with Levite Funeral Home. In October of 2004 she transferred to  Unity Funeral Home where she began her Apprenticeship  in Funeral Directing and Embalming. In 2007 Kimberly completed her apprenticeship under Royal Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL where she would later become the office manager.  Kimberly has held positions with other reputable funeral homes in Marietta, Ga and Athens, AL.

Kimberly had her first introduction into grief training as the Bereavement Coordinator for Interim Healthcare and Hospice.

Kimberly is an Alumni of Troy University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in business.  Kimberly is licensed with the Alabama Board of Insurance as an Whole Life agent, the Alabama Board of Funeral Service as a Funeral Director, lastly she is a certified Grief Coach.  Kimberly is currently independently contracted with Family First Funeral Care and Lincoln Heritage Insurance.
